Champagne J.M. Labruyere Grand Cru Page Blanche Blanc De Blanc [Rating:JS92,WA91]
Edouard Labruyere, who oversees the Labruyere Family’s fine wine empire, has now turned his sights to Verzenay. Guided by his Burgundian fundamental belief in terroir, this emphasis on terroir means that each plot is isolated at harvest and vinified separately, a rare, if not incredulous feat in Champagne. However, this incredible attention to detail has resulted in pure expressions that possess exceptional character, structure and ageing potential.
