Saicho was born out of a personal desire to create a non-alcoholic drink that could pair well with food, whether in a fine dining setting or a casual wine bar. Saicho uses single origin tea, hand picking the exact varietal, time of harvest, terroir and altitude. Each individual sparkling tea is cold brewed for 24 hours, to extract the most delicate and complex flavours that shines through in every glass.
