A certified oenologist trained at Bordeaux University, owner Emma Gao later honed her winemaking skills at Chateau Calon Segur where she met her husband Thierry Courtade who was the winemaker at the estate. Her 100% Cabernet Sauvignon “Emma’s Reserve” and a Bordeaux blend “The Summit” are among the most prized China produced reds.
