Castellblanc Cava Organic Brut Nature

Castellblanc is one of the oldest wineries that produces cava in Penedes. It was founded in 1908 as a small family business by the Parera family, who brought it the devotion to oenology, the passion for tradition and the enthusiasm and daily effort of its human team. From all this, a company was born that knew how to experiment and adapt to the demands of a product and a market. Castellblanch has been one of the pioneering companies in applying the microfiltration process of wines in the pre-draft stage for purification of bottle fermentation, with its own selection of yeasts.
